*choose a system metaphor
*practice pair programming. team members work in pairs, at a single computer, to create code and send it into production. only one pair integrates code at a time.
*integrate and commit code into repository every few hours.
*the customer should be available, preferable on site, during the entire process so the can answer questions and establish requirements.
kanban
kanban is another common framework that is used to implement agile project development. kanban is simple, yet very powerful approach to developing software products.
kanban focuses more on visualization of the workflow and most important consideration is work in progress.
